May I bring my own caterer?

Yes!  We do allow outside, licensed and insured caterers. We can provide recommendations for your style,cuisine and level of service.

Do you offer packages?

Yes!  We can offer services with our fine vendors.  We will schedule book and confirm those vendors. We can offer you a wedding planner, decorator,day of director, florist, catering, photographer, DJ, cake, and more!  We will create your custom package for any or all of the services, saving you the time, worries and all at affordable prices.  We also have many items to rent such as chargers, cylinders, greenery, cake stands, table numbers, etc. that will save you the expense of purchasing. Inquire about services and rentals.

I have family coming from out of town, are there lodging options?

Yes! There are a number of hotels within 8 miles of the venue that can offer a block package of rooms. There are also bed & breakfast options as well as private cabin/farmhouses nearby.

Is rehearsal time included?

Yes! Rehearsal time for the ceremony is included and there is an additional option for the rehearsal dinner if desired.

Are there Bride and Groom Suites available?

Yes! We offer a spacious Bridal Suite room for the large wedding parties. Brides have access the day of the wedding to prepare for the special day. An ample and comfortable groom’s room is available with separate climate control.

What is the guest capacity?

The Historic Stamey Event Center will comfortably accommodate up to  250 guests with a spacious dance floor. Other configurations may be possible for corporate events, parties and other events.

When may I tour the venue?

Tours are scheduled by appointment but we are very flexible to meet your needs.  You may email or call to schedule your tour!
